Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)

TRT isn't a one-size-fits-all prescription. We use comprehensive labs and your symptoms to build a protocol that restores healthy levels, then dial it in until you feel like yourself again. Injections are our preferred delivery method for consistency and easy dose adjustments. Creams may be offered when appropriate. (We do not offer pellets.)

What's included

Before TRT is prescribed, appropriate baseline laboratory testing is required. Patients may provide qualifying recent lab results or have testing ordered through Prime Testosterone Men’s Health. Cash-price lab options are available.
Follow-up labs at 8–12 weeks until levels and symptoms are dialed in
Ongoing safety monitoring: PSA, hematocrit, estradiol, lipid panel
Optional adjunct therapies — HCG, anastrozole, Clomiphene — when appropriate
Treatment begins under the $150/month membership — follow-up care, supplies, and routine monitoring included

The free 15-minute consultation is a brief phone conversation for men who have questions about symptoms, TRT, pricing, or whether Prime Testosterone Men's Health may be a good fit. The TRT Evaluation happens after required labs are completed — results can be reviewed by telehealth or in person, and if TRT is medically appropriate and you choose to proceed, treatment can begin under the $150/month membership.
