## Over three decades of caring for people — finally focused on the men who get overlooked.

My medical career began in 1991 as an EMT and paramedic. After years on the front lines of emergency medicine and bedside nursing, I became a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2015 and have spent the years since pursuing advanced training in men's health, hormone optimization, and wellness therapies.

I started Prime Testosterone Men's Health because I saw too many men slipping through the cracks. Told their labs were "normal." Handed a prescription with no follow-up. Funneled into corporate TRT mills where they were just another monthly subscription. That's not medicine — that's a transaction.

Having personally gone through a significant weight-loss transformation of my own, I understand the discipline, the mindset, and the daily decisions required for lasting change. I know what it's like to want to feel better — and I know how good it feels when you finally do.
